Every day we have a choice on how we want to act. Sometimes people become monsters by the way they view life and by the way they treat others. Some people are like butterflys and have learned how to fly no matter what happens in their life, they are not going to be weighed down by anything, they are going to fly like a butterfly.

Happy Holidays!!!
Merry Christmas!! It seems like another year has come upon and gone. This has been a good year, full of ups and downs, but I am learning to stay somewhere in the middle.
I just picked Dr. Phil's book. "Real Life" and it is very good.
